I often get asked what my favorite surf warm up is, the easy answer is that is should be tailored to either you mobility or stability issues. If you have neck or low back stiffness, make sure the spine gets enough attention to get mobile. If you have knee of hip stability issues you need to get your muscles active. This video is my favorite flow warm up that will give you a good mix of lower and upper body, mobility and stability.
This flow can be changed in many different ways to customize it to your need before going out. Focus on what you need not what you want.
