Any change in routine can be tough both mentally and physically. This is especially true when working from home. Our nice ergonomic desk set up gets turned into using a laptop on the couch or kitchen table all day with less than optimal positioning. This positioning affects our entire body, This post is isolated to getting the hips opened which are our foundation. We will go through the upper body in future posts. These hip mobility exercises are simple and can be done anywhere with minimal equipment.
After mobilizing and getting the hips to open up you should follow up with some stability exercises to keep the positive changes that where made.
