The Voodoo or floss band is a must have for all gym bags. It is the tool that I personally use the most. The band needs to be put on tight, if you are walking around talking to friends at the gym with it on, IT ISN’T TIGHT ENOUGH. The band should be uncomfortable, the goal is one, to create a flush of the area under the band. Two, with the movement added you an active release of the tissue under the band.

 

You can perform this 3-4 times a day, for best results give at least 30-60 min between wraps. Be aware that if the area feels bruised back off to let it calm down. It is always a good idea to follow these up with some exercises to help keep the motion gains, just be smart about number of reps.
