Wrist pain at anytime is never good but when it starts limiting your workouts it needs to get fixed. This video goes through the best ways to get your wrist moving again and ready for your workouts. All you need to help get your wrist back to moving again is a band and your hands. Take the time with the band to work the little angles that are the sticking points that cause your biggest limitations at the wrist. It is also a good idea to use the voodoo band on the forearm to get the little muscle that cause wrist flexion and extension to loosen up and function better.

 

You can perform these wrist exercises multiple times during the day for best results. Be aware that if the area feels overworked back off to let it calm down. It is always a good idea to follow these exercises up with some exercises to help keep the motion gains simple weighted wrist flexion and extension work for this.
